Child Protection Level 1 Training (in Rochdale)

Aims of the session •To develop an awareness of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people •To have a clear idea of what to do if you are worried a child is in danger of suffering serious and significant harm •To give staff and volunteers the opportunity of sharing ideas of best practice for safeguarding children ** Trigger warning: Please be advised that this session includes discussions of abuse and neglect which participants may find distressing and upsetting. We'd encourage you to consider whether you'll be able to fully participate in the session given the content before you sign up ** Please note also that you can only book on this training on behalf of a VCFSE organisation working in Oldham, Rochdale or Tameside or be an active volunteer in these localities.
