Community Health Champions is a network of trusted community organisations working together to disseminate and cascade health information to their communities, with a specific focus on preventative approaches to promoting health and wellbeing outcomes and mitigating the impact of health inequalities.

 

The focus of this in-person session of the Oldham Community Health Champions network aims to strengthen interconnections by enabling members to learn more about each other’s activities across Oldham, while fostering opportunities for signposting, collaboration, and cooperation.

The session will include short presentations from network members, interactive activities, and resource sharing, giving opportunities to both learn from and share with other network members.
