Robin Estill Fund - Art of the Community Event

Registration is closed for this event
We are delighted to announce the launch of the second round of the Robin Estill Fund – Art of the Community. The Robin Estill Fund has been established to promote the general wellbeing and therapeutic benefits of the arts in relation to supporting people with poor mental health, autism, and or learning disability needs who live in Tameside. This fund aims to bring together Voluntary, Community, Faith or Social Enterprise organisations to collaborate on a project which uses creativity and arts-based activities to promote the general wellbeing of people living with poor mental health, autism, and or learning disability in Tameside.

We are seeking applications from organisations who specialise in arts and / or mental health, autism or learning disabilities and would encourage them to attend this launch event to network and connect with other VCFSE organisations within Tameside. You can read more about the fund here

The launch event will provide the space and opportunity for groups to network, share local insight and priorities for groups living with poor mental health, autism or learning disabilities in their communities and explore ideas and ways they can use an arts-based or creative programme to improve health and wellbeing of residents.

We will hear from system leaders around the priorities for Living Life Well in Tameside, and we will provide further information about the fund, its’ criteria and what is expected from the partnership.

If this is a fund you are interested in applying for, we would strongly encourage you to attend the event.

Booking is essential, and if closer to the event you are no longer able to attend, please let us know.

Please note, previous grant holders of the Robin Estill fund are welcome to reapply.
