#WednesdaysWeekly - Discover Kooth and Qwell mental health platforms

The session will inform people who want to know more about Kooth and Qwell as part of the digital mental health offer available in Greater Manchester.

 

We will provide a comprehensive overview of these mental health services, both of which are free for all Greater Manchester residents aged 10+ to access, are self referral based, operate entirely online and are completely anonymous. Kooth.com is available for ages 10-25, and Qwell.io is available for ages 26+.

Learning outcomes: To understand what the Kooth and Qwell digital services are, how we support people's mental health, and ways to access our support and also signpost to us.

Aim of your session: To provide a comprehensive overview of digital mental health services available free of charge to all Oldham residents aged 10+.

Suitable for: This session is for anyone either working to support young people and/or adults who wish to know more for signposting purposes, or anyone interested to hear more about these services for their own benefit.
