Soul Sisters is a domestic abuse charity dedicated to empowering survivors and their children to
live independent lives, free from violence and fear. Guided by our core values of trust, respect,

Role Purpose:
As an Admin Volunteer, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth
running of our charity. Your work behind the scenes will help us to focus on delivering essential
services to survivors and their children
Key information
- Start Date: 30th July 2025
- End Date: 30th July 2030
- Tasks: ● Supporting the team with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and
organising records.
● Managing correspondence, including responding to emails and phone calls.
● Assisting with the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
● Helping to maintain our database and ensuring all information is accurate and up to
date.
● Supporting the coordination of events, training sessions, and other activities.
● Contributing to improving our administrative processes to ensure efficiency. - Training: ● Free Training: Guidance on administrative processes and using relevant tools.
● Mentor Support: Ongoing support from experienced team members.
● Reference: A reference provided after 6 months of volunteering with us.
● Certificate: A certificate of appreciation upon completing an agreed number of volunteer
hours.
● Expenses Paid: Reimbursement for travel and a small subsidy to support your role.
● The opportunity to gain administrative experience while supporting a vital cause. - Requirements: Willing to travel by public transport or find own way to volunteering location
- Skill And Qualifications Required: ● Good organisational and time-management skills.
● Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or willingness to
learn.
● Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
● A friendly and professional communication style.
● Respect for confidentiality and a sensitivity to the nature of our work.
