Role Purpose:
As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and managing our dedicated team of volunteers. You will ensure they feel valued, prepared, and empowered to contribute effectively to Soul Sisters’ mission, helping us to deliver life-changing support to survivors of domestic abuse and their children. You will be working closely with the founder.

- Start Date: 6th January 2025
- End Date: 20th December 2028
- Volunteer: Weekly
- Tasks: Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new volunteers.
Being the main point of contact for volunteers, offering guidance and support.
Coordinating volunteer schedules and activities to meet the needs of the charity.
Organising and delivering regular volunteer meetings, training, and check-ins.
Ensuring volunteers understand and align with Soul Sisters’ values and safeguarding policies.
Collecting feedback from volunteers and working with the team to enhance their experience. - Training: Free Training: Full support and guidance to help you excel in the role.
Mentor Support: Assistance from experienced team members.

Expenses will be paid (travel and subsistence). - Requirements: Willing to travel by public transport or find own way to volunteering location
