- Benefits and Universal Credit – checking entitlement, making claims, and disability benefits such as PIP
- Cost of living support – grants, energy, council tax support, and other financial help
- Debt and money problems – budgeting, dealing with creditors, debt repayment options, and financial difficulties
- Housing issues – homelessness, eviction, rent arrears, repairs, and problems with landlords
- Employment and work – workplace disputes, dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, contracts, and pay issues
- Consumer problems – faulty goods, refunds, scams, energy suppliers, and service complaints
- Family matters – relationship breakdown, child arrangements, and related legal issues
- Immigration – understanding immigration rules and how changes may affect you
- Health and social care – NHS complaints, care services, and related rights
Legal and court matters – explaining options, helping with forms, and in some cases supporting tribunal or court processes
