TLC: Talk Listen, Change are looking for an Accredited Family Mediator to join our Family Mediation Team.
TLC: Talk, Listen, Change is a dynamic, leading relationships charity working across the UK, with our Head Office in Greater Manchester.
The role
To deliver Family Mediation to both private and publicly funded clients. We are open to this role being either employed or self-employed.
The majority of our work is online and you are able to work solely online if preferred. We do also offer in-person Mediation and so could discuss work from either an existing or new outpost.
For employed staff we offer an annual continuous Professional Development allowance, generous annual leave entitlement and Birthday leave.
For employed staff this role would involve line management of Newly Qualified Mediators.

We have a Legal Aid contract and deliver both private and publicly funded Mediation both online and in person. We have outposts in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Chester, Cheshire, North London and Essex. We are looking to open outposts across the country over the next few years and so are keen to hear from candidates from all areas across the UK as Mediation can also be delivered online.
