An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 x Recovery Workers to join START, working across both the Living Well Team and the Listening Lounge as part of an integrated, multi-disciplinary mental health service in Salford. This is a cross-service role requiring a flexible and responsive approach.
The post holder will be expected to work across both services in line with operational need, delivering both planned, recovery-focused support and responsive, crisis-based interventions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care within both structured and fast-paced environments.
