The Assistant Team Leader will expand our team of four Assistant Team Leaders in the Support at Home Service. They will lead on assessing and setting up new customers for the Home Help service, along with recruiting and providing day-to-day management for the Home Help team, ensuring a quality service is provided. You will also work in the office, managing rotas to ensure an efficient service.
If you have a calm, empathetic approach to older people and experience of working in a busy office environment, this could be the role for you.
