About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Case Worker to join our team within a homeless accommodation service. You will play a vital role in supporting residents to achieve independence, stability, and improved wellbeing.
This is a rewarding but challenging role that requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a commitment to safeguarding and person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residents and provide structured, person-centred support
- Develop, implement, and regularly review individual support plans
- Complete accurate case notes, reports, and risk assessments
- Support residents to access external services (healthcare, housing, employment, benefits, etc.)
- Promote independence, life skills, and positive outcomes
- Maintain clear and professional records in line with organisational policies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies
- Manage challenging situations in a calm and professional manner
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of A-Level standard (or equivalent) or higher
- Strong ability to write clear, accurate reports and documentation
- Good level of numeracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritise workload
- IT literacy
- Understanding of homelessness, safeguarding, and support work

Pay: From £14.21 per hour
