We are thrilled to announce that Greenacres Community Association have been awarded our Quality in Action Award.
Greenacres Community Association proudly runs and manages a community centre serving residents local to Greenacres and its surrounding areas. They support individuals, families and groups from all backgrounds, and the centre provides facilities for recreation, leisure, and education in the interest of social welfare, benefiting the whole community.
"It's great to have achieved the Quality In Action Award.
It helps us to demonstrate to groups and people participating in centre activities that we have all policies and procedures in place and that the centre is a safe, well connected place to be. It also helps us to demonstrate to funders that we are a quality organisation, with strong management and leadership, making a real impact in the community. It helps to speed up their due diligence checks and provides strong supporting evidence for funding bids.
If you're thinking about completing the Quality in Action Award... Do it! It is well worth the time spent to complete the award. It will even save you time in the long run. Don't be daunted there is plenty of support available to help you get through it if you need it.
Thank you to Adele, great to catch up, for ongoing support and networking and for signposting to other funding, opportunities and collaborations."
