PAPYRUS – the only national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide, is delivering a series of suicide awareness sessions in your community. Useful to anyone who comes into contact with young people under 35 in a professional, voluntary or personal capacity.

The 90minute session aims to:

  • Understand how personal and community beliefs about suicide affect stigma
  • Raise awareness of suicide as a serious community health problem
  • Make suicide a community concern by facilitating an open and honest talk about suicide
  • Increase personal action and commitment to suicide prevention
  • Support the spread of training opportunities and networking activities
