You're invited to Donneybrook and Clarendon Medical Centres Patient Engagement Days during May 2018.
Donneybrook and Clarendon Medical Centres, in Hyde, aims to promote the good work and raise the profile of local community groups and to gather important patient opinion to inform the GP practices’ delivery of services for the future. Donneybrook and Clarendon Medical Centres firmly believe that raising awareness of supportive community groups and facilitating patient engagement with health services generally, can have positive health outcomes.
Donneybrook and Clarendon Medical Centres can offer space in the (covered) entrance foyer between the two practices for manned promotional displays from community organisations. This is a busy area with patients attending Donneybrook & Clarendon GP practices, but also links the bus station and taxi rank/car park.
Promotions will run at morning and afternoon sessions, 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm on the following dates:

- Friday 11 May 2018
- Tuesday 15 May 2018
- Friday 18 May 2018
- Tuesday 22 May 2018
- Friday 25 May 2018

Donneybrook and Clarendon Medical Centres is expecting mainly table top displays/leaflets/banners etc, and can provide the tables and chairs, but please specify if you have any particular requirements other than that.
