Circuits4All

This is an exercise session based on the circuit training method along with minor games, which aim to raise the heart and breathing rates to improve cardio-respiratory fitness. This may sound a little technical, but in reality it just means exercising hard enough so that you notice your breathing becoming a little quicker and you are feeling warm. We are a small group of adults, ranging in age from late 40s to mid 60s, mainly men, but there are women who exercise with us. We are not super fit, in fact we have people within the group who have had hip replacements, knee or back problems or been treated for cancer. It's a friendly group and everyone is encouraged to exercise within their own capabilities and not to compare themselves with others, the only thing we ask of new members is that if they are not already exercising on a regular basis, or if they have any medical issues, then they should check with their doctor or GP practice to make sure that it is safe for them to take part in physical exercise.
