❓Do you feel like different generations in your family don’t always understand each other?❓ Join us for a warm, respectful family workshop that brings parents, elders, and young people together to listen, share, and reconnect. This session is culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and welcoming to global majority communities. This workshop creates a safe, respectful space for families to listen to one another across generations. It supports understanding between elders, parents, and young people navigating cultural change, migration experiences, and differing worldviews, without blame or judgment. The aim is not agreement, but connection, empathy, and emotional safety. It is designed to create immediate relational shifts and foundations for longer-term change within families. What we'll cover: – Why Intergenerational Dialogue Matters – Guided Intergenerational Listening – Then & Now: Family Stories – Communication Tools for Home Outcomes: By the end of the session, families could: • Feel more heard and respected across generations • Understand how culture, migration, and trauma shape behaviour • Learn practical tools for calmer communication • Strengthen trust and emotional connection Who: Families with children aged 8+
