Introduction to Risk Assessment Training
Aims of session:
This session will provide you with an awareness of what a risk assessment is and the prevention processes that your organisation can follow.
Learning Outcomes:
In this session you will:
• Learn about why we complete risk assessments
• Recognise how to identify hazards at work
• Learn about the 5 steps to risk assessment
• Learn how to complete risk assessments for your area of responsibility
Suitable for:
- VCFSE volunteers/staff who would like to learn more about risk assessmnets
- VCFSE staff who are responsible for managing the risks associated to projects and public facing interventions
- VCFSE trustees who are responsible for managing risk across their organisation
Attendance information:
The training course is for VCFSE groups who are based in/operate in Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside.
You will need to register to attend the training session and there are a limited number of places available. The sessions will be delivered online via the Zoom platform and login details will be sent one day before the session to registered participants.
