To help staff to set up and dismantle gazebos, tables, chairs etc for our regular hospice events, such as summer and Christmas Fayres.
Our events are major part of our income which helps us carry out our mission: "To add quality to the loves pf people with life-limiting illnesses." Setting up for and dismantling after events is a major part of this, and we need physically capable people to help.
Often some preparation work is carried out for a few hours on the Saturday before, then when the event finishes we need a team of people to help pack and store everything away properly. All supported by our staff.
