We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic volunteer to support our marketing and social media activities at the Wildbrook Community Growing Hub. This role will help us share our story, promote our events, and showcase the amazing work happening in Fitton Hill. By creating and sharing engaging content, you’ll help us connect with more people, attract volunteers, and celebrate community achievements.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, design, and storytelling.

- Availability: Monday AM, Monday PM, Tuesday AM, Tuesday PM, Wednesday PM, Thursday PM, Friday AM
- Tasks: •	Design eye-catching posters and graphics to promote activities, events, and opportunities at Wildbrook.
 •	Prepare and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
 •	Create content in different formats (images, short videos, stories, reels).
 •	Work with the team to gather updates, photos, and news from the hub.
 •	Maintain a consistent and friendly “Wildbrook” voice across all communications.
 •	Monitor engagement on posts and respond to comments/messages (with support from the team).
 •	Keep an organised library of templates, photos, and graphics for future use.
- Training: Review of communication guidelines, safeguarding, and data protection (GDPR).
 Brand & Messaging:
 Understanding the Wildbrook tone of voice and visual identity.
 Key messages: sustainability, community, food growing, and local involvement.
 Using the Wildbrook logo, colours, and templates consistently.
 How to represent the organisation professionally online.
 Social Media Platforms & Tools: Training on using scheduling tools
 Event & Activity Promotion: Coordinating with the project team to gather event details and photos
 Digital Engagement & Community Building: Responding to comments and messages positively and promptly.
- Requirements: Relevant qualification or training, Willing to travel by public transport or find own way to volunteering location
