We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented volunteer to support our admin and finance tasks at the Wildbrook Community Food and Growing Hub. This role is vital to help us keep the project running smoothly, ensuring volunteer records, activity logs, and financial information are accurate and up to date.
No professional experience is required — just good organisational skills, confidence with computers, and a willingness to learn. Training and support will be provided.

- Availability: Monday AM, Monday PM, Tuesday AM, Tuesday PM, Wednesday PM, Thursday PM, Friday AM
- Tasks: •	Keep volunteer records up to date (e.g. attendance, contact information, hours contributed).
 •	Maintain logs of harvests and produce distributed through the hub and market stall.
 •	Assist with basic data entry and record-keeping.
 •	Input financial transactions into our system (e.g. income from market stall, expenses, donations).
 •	Support small research tasks such as sourcing suppliers, checking prices, or looking up funding opportunities.
 •	Assist with general admin duties such as filing, emailing, or updating spreadsheets.
- Training: Admin Systems & Record-Keeping:
 How to maintain and update volunteer records (attendance, hours, contact details).
 Recording produce harvests and composting data.
 File management: setting up and updating digital and paper folders.
 Using Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Excel, Drive, etc.).
 Financial Administration:
 Overview of Wildbrook’s financial processes.
 Training on how to input transactions (income, expenses, donations, market sales).
 Understanding petty cash handling and recording.
 Reconciling receipts and preparing simple financial summaries.
 How to assist with budget monitoring and funding reports.
 Research & Reporting:
 How to conduct basic research (e.g., supplier prices, funding opportunities).
 Collating information for reports or grant applications.
 Using templates to summarise data clearly and accurately.
 Confidentiality & GDPR Awareness:
 Understanding data protection principles.
 How to store and share information safely.
 Volunteer confidentiality and respecting privacy.
