Miles of Smiles is a community transport scheme. We help people who live in Tameside to get to health and wellbeing appointments. We're always looking for volunteer drivers so, if you've got some spare time, the use of a car and you'd like to help people in your community, we'd love to hear from you. We pay expenses to help with motoring costs. We work Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and fit in with what you want to do. DBS check and references required. We can arrange "taster" sessions if you would like to try it out.
