This role is an opportunity to work with an established animal charity and current team of trustees. The trustee post is an integral part of the running of the charity and the business. Most trustee meetings are held remotely but there are plenty of opportunities to be involved in face to face fundraising events at the rescue and at commercial fundraising partners.

- Tasks: Will support the current team in HR issues, planning of the work force management. Trustee meetings every 6-8 weeks, fund raising appeals and promotion of the brand. The charity has a 23 year history of making a difference to animals lives and along with supporting animal welfare from other pounds across the country, the charity has 3 charity shops. The shops support the local community with pre owned goods and clothes at some of the best prices in the area.
- Training: The charity has a package of support for new trustees and working closely with another trustee can help with those first few months of getting to know the team.
