We help people solve real life problems that affect their wellbeing, independence, and safety. We support residents to: safely use online services and apps access healthcare and GP services digitally recognise and avoid scams and fraud reconnect with family and community build confidence using phones, tablets, and computers navigate essential services without fear or confusion We provide: DIGITAL SKILLS TRAINING – Building confidence to use smartphones, tablets, laptops, email, and the internet ONLINE SERVICES SUPPORT – Help with healthcare appointments, council services, banking, immigration-related forms, and official applications JOB SEARCH & FINANCIAL ACCESS SUPPORT – Assistance with CVs, job applications, benefits access, and finding affordable utilities DEVICE & CONNECTIVITY GUIDANCE – Practical help to get online and stay connected CULTURALLY SENSITIVE SUPPORT – Tailored guidance for immigrant communities and vulnerable residents We ensure people can ACCESS ESSENTIAL SERVICES, STAY CONNECTED, AND LIVE INDEPENDENTLY in today’s digital world.
