Parenting & Mental Health Workshop

This free workshop was designed to support parents and carers in managing their mental health and wellbeing while strengthening family relationships. Delivered by qualified counsellors Sajid Iqbal and Fiza Tajwar, the session provided practical advice, emotional support, and guidance on coping strategies to help parents navigate the challenges of modern family life. The session encouraged open discussion, shared experiences, and community connection, creating a safe, supportive environment where parents could learn, reflect, and build resilience together.
