• Stay Warm, fun and snack sessions

    We have formed a group of carers called Autism Family Support Group. We have been supported by Action Together and Tog Mind to form this group. We have currently 18 to 20 carers/ parents and their children who have autism and would like to apply for the grant to carry on the project for 3 months for our group to provide calm and warm place, provide snacks, play and learn session also a social hub for families so they can get information and support during living crisis also to help them to get back on their feet. Also to raise awareness of our group so other people with children that have autism or learning disability can join us. We will organise sessions on Sunday fortnightly basis for 3 hours at local community centre where all our members, carers ,their children who are autistic or have learning disability and their sibling and other local communities will be be able to come too. During the session we will have arts and crafts, soft play, music activities e.g nursery rims, books, food, snacks, hot and cold drinks also a warm place for children and families so they can save some energy cost for 3 hours in these rise of cost crisis.Also by providing healthy snacks it will give huge financial support to families
