Calling all voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise organisations (VCFSE) supporting people in Failsworth, Hollinwood and Medlock Vale. Colleagues from the statutory and private sector are also welcome if you value working alongside the VCFSE sector.

The purpose of these networking events is to enable voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector groups and organisations within local communities to come together to:

  • share information,
  • make ‘asks and offers’,
  • develop new ideas and connections
  • find out what else is happening in your area
  • meet those in the know and get support from Action Together  

By using your knowledge, skills, networks and connections of assets in the community VCFSE groups and organisations are then better able to raise awareness of the on-going experiences and issues that affect local people. It is also an opportunity to develop collaboration between VCFSE and public & private sector organisations.

Venue: The Apostolic Church,172 Gainsborough Avenue, Oldham. OL8 1AL

Date and time: Wednesday, 25th February 2026 between 11am and 1pm. 

Please note: There is no parking at the church so please park in a considerate way on surrounding streets.
