We are looking for Volunteers to help with our training, workshops and library events, as well as with promoting our brand. Our workshops are for Adults and Children, the volunteers would help with the creative ideas and projects and to deliver the workshops for First Aid and more. We also need volunteers to safeguard children and to chat to parents and other participants. Full training will be provided and no experience is required. Minimum age is 18. We are fully inclusive and are open to applicants from various backgrounds as well as with social anxieties. We are committed to fully support, train and supervise our volunteers and help with personal growth and development. The volunteering will be based in Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton and the volunteer must be able to volunteer at one or more of those areas (travel expenses will be covered). This role is suitable for people who want to grow, enhance CV, gain confidence, knowledge and transferrable skills.

- Tasks: The volunteers will help depending on their capacity and availability. The tasks may include but are not limited to:
- help with preparing events and workshops
- help with safeguarding children or vulnerable adults during events
- engaging with participants
- assisting during training/lessons
- helping to organize events
- helping with preparing space/room and with tidying
- helping with preparing refreshments and tidying after
- trained volunteers will be First Aiders during our events
- helping with promoting the brand and volunteering at stalls and with leaflets
- any other jobs that may come up as the company grows - Training: We will provide following training: First Aid, Safeguarding, Health and Safety, Manual Handling, First Aid for Mental Health and more depending on the needs, e.g. Food Safety. We are training company and we provide wealth of regulated training to our volunteers and volunteers will have opportunity to join lots of other training too. Because we invest a lot of time and resources into training we are expecting the volunteer to stay with us for 12 months - and we will fully support the volunteer to get into paid employment.
