Be Well Training

Health and Wellbeing is important to all of us, it’s important to us personally, it’s important to our friends/family and it’s important to the residents of Tameside. Be Well Tameside offers a free training programme to upskill client facing staff or volunteers in Tameside. Its mission is to help the workforce of Tameside have more informed conversations around healthy lifestyles, behaviour change and further sources of support.
