Rochdale's Food Solution Network are working hard to ensure food security exists so all people, at all times, have physical access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food.
In partnership with current food providers, Rochdale Council and Action Together have developed this signposting resource that will help groups, individuals and families get access to food in the borough.

The Prevention Team can support with accessing food parcels, information on food pantries and the options available to people who are able to pay for their food but unable to shop. Morrisons Delivery Service for vulnerable and elderly |
Vulnerable customers can now phone up and order a delivery from a list of 47 essential items. Shoppers can choose from a ‘takeaway’ menu of 47 essential groceries with options including milk, butter, eggs, potatoes, pasta, bananas, cornflakes and flour. Other items include, chicken breast fillets, Diet Coke, sugar, chopped tomatoes, toilet roll, ready meals (cottage pie or lasagne), broccoli and bread. Customers will need a bank card or mobile phone to pay for the delivery and can use either chip and pin or contactless. |
