The GM10 Tips for Talking are 10 key messages to support families’ and practitioner’s understanding, of the importance of talking to young children from an early stage.
The Tips can be used by any practitioners who work with families of young children, midwives, to early help workers and early years practitioners, and can be used individually or as a full set of resources. They are part of a range of resources developed to support the GM Early Speech, Language and Communication pathway which is being implemented by all of the 10 Greater Manchester Local Authorities.

These short free learning sessions will explain a little more about the GM10 Tips and how they can be used. The sessions will last between 30-45 minutes.
