We have an opportunity for a Community Navigator to join the organisation on a fixed term basis until March 2025. Contract extension possible subject to funding continuation.

The Community CAMHS Navigator will report to the Families in Mind Project Manager and will be responsible for supporting Children and young people with the transition from statutory CAMHS services to community support to aid them in their recovery and to sustain outcomes following completion of work with CAMHS.

The role will require you to work closely with Tameside CAMHS services and to be co-located within the CAMHS service weekly, while also working as part of our growing Children, Young People and Families Directorate based at our Ashton based office.

Contract: Fixed term 

Hours: 36 hours

Salary: £28,566.72

Location: Tameside
