Supporting our People: Cost of Living Response Oldham

Published date:
Tuesday, 25th October 2022

Working with a resident focus has never been more important as we respond to the Cost of Living Crisis, so it’s vital we are all equipped on how to do this. Building on the good practice that we already deliver, we want to ensure that our teams have the key knowledge and skills to deliver support confidently and resiliently as part of our no wrong front door approach.

Developed in partnership with Oldham Council and listening to feedback from teams around the support they need, we have developed an interactive in-person session which reflects on resident experiences. It also includes insights from the Poverty Truth Commissioners, all of which helps us to understand how we can work together with a resident focus.

Please note attendance to this training and provision of service cover should be discussed internally within your direct teams to ensure cover within service is maintained.
