Invite virtual participants to your meetings and events
GMCVO is very pleased to be able to offer you the ability to host hybrid meetings and events with them. By allowing your delegates to attend in person or online you can reap the benefits of face to face meetings while being accessible to those who are unable to be there in person.
It has two affordable hybrid packages:
Hybrid meetings: It's intelligent 180 degree panoramic camera, with conference speakerphones and a large screen will enable up to 12 people* to meet physically and connect with others virtually.
Hybrid events: For larger events* it can provide the equipment and an experienced engineer to professionally live stream your physical event to an online audience, and enable them to engage too if required.
*note that maximum attendee numbers will apply in line with Covid restrictions in place at the time
