People working most closely with communities have the best insight on how the Cost of Living crisis is affecting people. There is now a quick, impactful way to share the things you are hearing from people you are working with, that will be acted on immediately by Oldham Council and the wider partnerships co-ordinating the response.
It could be info you’ve heard about how people are managing with higher bills, impacts on personal relationships, or how people’s health is being affected by the crisis. You might be seeing the same thing across everyone you work with, or with particular communities or age groups. Whatever it is: if you think it’s important then it please share it!

One example of how insight has been acted on so far is the post below from Oldham Council. They received intelligence that some winter fuel payments were being kept by landlords, so immediately pulled some information together in order that residents could better understand their rights.
