    Fir Lane Methodist Church hold Sunday services, Tiddlers + Toddlers Playgroup on a Monday morning offering a place to meet and socialise for carers and Birth - Preschool children which is run by Christian and Non-Christian volunteers. All are welcome to this inclusive group.

    Most volunteers have enhanced DBS checks and at least one person will have Paediatric First Aid certificate. We offer a wide variety of toys to stimulate and encourage development for little ones from birth to school age. Children love the art and craft/messy play, and we incorporate snack time to promote eating together in a social setting before more playtime and singalong before we all say goodbye until we meet again. The first session is free then we suggest a donation of £2 per adult and 50p per child in which includes toast/crumpets and fruit. We are non-profit making and funds cover the cost of heating and replenishing supplies. We would love to keep the group running all the year round depending on volunteers and funds.
