At SJ Dance Academy we offer physical activity, a warm and safe environment, an inclusive for all children and adults from different backgrounds, races , genders , ethnicities , disabilities a place to dance to keep safe and not on the streets.
We take the dancers to an annual competition and put on annual themes big showcases performances.
Dance allows us to express ourselves, gives us some us time and is great for promoting positive mental health and for those with anxiety.
