    To promote equal opportunities for black and Asian minority (Bame) women in Oldham and Greater Manchester.
    To establish a good rapport with community leaders and assist partner agencies to teach BAME communities.
    To remove barriers that prevent BAME women from participating.
    To empower BAME women to realise their full potential.
