Sensible yoga for beginners is a gentle from of yoga. The session includes elements of mindfulness through looking at your posture, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Suitable for all ages and abilities. However, this is involves a fair amount of standing.

The idea is to support individuals to get from where they are to where they want to be. All sessions are suitable for beginners.
