Friday Group

e are a group of Housing 21 tenants (over 55), who run a small community centre for our tenants, the centre is mainly, but not exclusively, for tenants of Housing 21 who live in the sheltered bungalows on Alt and Holts Estate, Oldham.

We hold table top sales and various fundraising events for local charities, last year raising £1200 for Dr Kershaws).

We also have various groups within the centre, coffee mornings, bingo, and a Friday Night Group.

We have approx 3 outings a year, including an annual Christmas meal/party.

We also hold a yearly Halloween party, on which many people attend and take part.

We receive no funding apart from what we raise ourselves.
