Women, Get Set Go
Women, Get Set Go! meet every Tuesday afternoon and is run by and for women with learning disabilities to meet and make friends, have fun and learn new skills. Members decide on the activities which include things like games, bingo, healthy eating and staying healthy, guest speakers, visits out, making videos. New members very welcome, members with support workers very welcome.

Our women’s group Women, Get Set GO! meets on Tuesday afternoon 1.45-3.45 pm- free
The All together group meets on Wednesday afternoon 2-4pm- free
Group activities are decided by members each week and include things like games, visits, healthy cooking and eating, guest speakers.
Your day Your Way is a small day service which you can fund from your Independent Budget. It costs £27.50 for half a day and includes lunch and refreshments and all activities.
