Aims/priorities: Funding is intended to deliver permanent and significant changes or improvements for Armed Forces communities, where there are hidden needs not being met by current service provision.
Who can apply? Charities in the UK that have been registered for at least two years are eligible to apply.
Groups must be able to demonstrate clear evidence of experience working with the specific Armed Forces community that the application would support.
Charities that have been registered for less than three years should provide clear evidence of their governance arrangements and why they are confident they have the expertise to take on a grant of this size.
Charities which are not Armed Forces specific may apply, but must work in partnership with Armed Forces organisations.
All applicants must have a minimum of three unrelated Trustees.
Grant amount: A small number of grants of up to £300,000 for three to five years are available.

Successful applicants will be contact by the end of September and invited to submit a full application.
Deadline: The deadline to submit an Expression of Interest is Monday 14 August 2023 (5pm).
