Online Sales Department Assistant

Volunteers will assist in maintaining and updating information on websites where some items donated to Willow Wood will be auctioned.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

Sorting donated items and checking where necessary ready for online sale
Photographing products to show the donated item in it's best light online
Researching a wide variety of items from antiques to video games
Effectively marketing items for sale
Securely packaging items ready for distribution
Managing the dispatch of stock

Skill and Qualifications Required:

Providing excellent levels of customer service
Working as part of a small team
No previous online sales experience necessary but needs to be familiar with websites if choosing a researching listing role
