Befriending in Middleton and Heywood.
Many of our residents are lonely. Many do not see another person to chat to for months, even years, We want to help.
The referrals are coming in now and i desperately need like minded people to get on board and help us. All expenses will be reimbursed.
Do you have at least an hour to spare each week? Would you like to spend time with somebody who is isolated, lonely, disabled? We need people who are committed to change. Who believes that we all deserve to be included in local activities and community events.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:
Visiting people who are isolated through illness or circumstances each week.
Assist clients to access luncheon clubs, bingo sessions, local groups.

Requirements: Own vehicle required, Willing to travel by public transport or find own way to volunteering location
