Volunteer Complementary Therapist

As a Complementary Therapist you will be working in the Renal Dialysis Unit to provide complementary therapies to our dialysis patients. You will responsible for assessing, planning, organising and providing Therapy treatments in order to create a caring and safe environment, addressing the comfort needs of our patients, and positively impacting on the patients’ wellbeing.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

• To provide Complementary Therapies/massage therapies adhering to the organisational policy guidelines referring to complementary therapy.

Training:

Full training will be given.

Requirements: Relevant qualification or training
Skill and Qualifications Required:

A minimum of a Level 3 or working towards a level 3 in massage/complementary Therapy Reflexology or Reiki
