IT Support Assistant

The IT Support Assistant is responsible for helping volunteers with any systems or technical solutions they require to carry out their role.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

1. Support the Volunteer Coordinator with on-boarding a new volunteer by giving them the correct access to systems
2. Set up new email addresses for volunteers and manage existing addresses
3. Train volunteers on the systems they require to fulfil their role
4. Support volunteers on any technical questions or queries they may have on club systems and processes
5. Make recommendations on new solutions as and when requested by the committee

Training:

Any training that would benefit the role will be considered by the Club committee.

Skill and Qualifications Required:

A good knowledge of general IT tasks with an interest in expanding your knowledge.

Indoor training facilities are provided and all members are encouraged to develop their football skills and fitness.
