Volunteer Transportation officer - West African Development (WAD)

Provides transport for members/participants to events/workshops Coordinate all trips through the Project Manager. There is no minimum time requirement, however volunteer is asked to keep the Project Manager updated of their availability. Expenses Out-of-pocket travel costs between home and volunteering place will be offered

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

- Be punctual and dependable in picking up the clients at the scheduled time.
- Keep the Project Manager informed regarding your availability
- Provide Project Manager with as much notice as possible when cancelling a trip
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client information.
- Regular vehicle maintenance to ensure safety of clients - seat belts must be available.
- Provide annual updates on vehicle insurance policy and registration.
- Immediately report incidences, accidents or concerns to the Project Manager.
- Inform the Project Manager of any changes in address or phone number.
- Becomes familiar with WAD programme and policies and procedures

Requirements: Own vehicle required, Driving license
