Furniture Re-Use Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Pass It On team. We take donated furniture and white goods and make them good again for a new home. The role would involve helping to organise our workshop, getting items ready for a new home and lifting and carrying of items. Volunteering for the Pass It On service at RBH is very rewarding, it helps people in need access low-cost furniture and reduces waste which helps the planet. We need volunteers to help us help others, if you can spare a few hours a week or more please get in touch.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

- To assist the team with the collection / delivery of goods
- To help clean donated goods getting them ready for re-sale
- To assist with any required minor repairs to furniture
- Be polite, punctual and a team player

Skill and Qualifications Required:

Full training and support will be provided, therefore no prior experience is required.
