Trishaw Operator

To operate a Trishaw and take older people out into the community on free bike rides around routes in the Rochdale Borough come rain or shine.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

You will be responsible for making sure they have a safe enjoyable ride, supporting them to connect with nature and with other people. The ethos of Cycling Without Age is for the rides to be at a slow pace so that the passengers can take in the environment, stop and share their stories with other people and have some social interaction.

Training:

No experience required as full training will be given, although some experience of cycling would be beneficial.
You will be fully insured, and you will be matched up with passenger availability.
