Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

Prepare hot and cold meals
Serve customers

Training:

Basic food hygiene (Level 2/3 is available to do free of charge)

A range of optional other training will be available but not mandatory such as safeguarding, addiction, crime related etc

Requirements: Willing to travel by public transport or find own way to volunteering location
Skill and Qualifications Required:

The cook needs to be able to understand basic food hygiene (training available) and have an approachable manner. We often make meals using donation we receive from supermarkets so creativity is a must. All applicants need to be reliable and stick to agreed shifts wherever possible. Owing to the clientele all café members must be non-judgemental, understanding and kind.
