Social Prescribing Officer for Denton, Audenshaw and Droylsden.
What do you most enjoy about being a Social Prescribing Officer?:
Getting to work with people from all walks of life who are wanting to improve their wellbeing. It starts with a conversation about what matters to them, and then we work together to identify activities and services in their local community that will make a difference in their lives. It is good to see when someone starts to feel more connected in their local community and to other people.
